transform, and restore. Her Christian romantic suspense stories combine heart-racing, nail-biting suspense and the delight of falling in love all in one.

Welcome to the blog, Sharee. I’m so happy to have you join us today. Congratulations on your new release, Secret Past. I’m reading it right now and I’m hooked! 🙂

Who are you most excited for readers to meet in your story and why?

Katie and Daniel of course! Not only because they’re the heroine/hero but because they have a fun bantering kind of relationship.

I’ve loved getting to know them! 🙂

Without giving away too many secrets, can you tell us what your favorite scene to write was?

I love action scenes and often have my family help me act out the scene so that I can get a more realistic feel. Without a spoiler, I can tell you there’s a scene where Daniel has to free himself, so that meant requesting my husband to volunteer to be tied up and then seeing if he could get out of the restraints in the way I wanted to Daniel to.

Haha! Way to go, hubby! That’s what I call a supportive spouse. 😉

What’s something your readers would be surprised to know about you?

I am the recipient of two corneal transplants.

Wow, that’s incredible!

Can you share with us a fond lesson and/or memory from one of the contests you’ve participated in?

My favorite contest is the Wisconsin Fabulous Five because I won it in 2017 with this book (although it was title Believable Lies at that time). It was my first contest win and I received the most beautiful plaque.

That’s  awesome! Love seeing the journeys our stories take on the road to publication.

What was the last book you read and what will you remember most about it?

I absolutely loved Waiting for Butterflies by Karen Sargent. It takes a lot to make me cry and that book had me sniffling big time.

Awww, I want to read that one!!

Is there anything else you’d like to add? Any upcoming projects you can share with us?

Savanna, thank you so much for having me. I am so thankful to be here! I’ve always got my hand in several simultaneous projects. Currently, I’m working on another romantic suspense story as part of a new series and have my hard hat on as I’m under construction with it.

That’s exciting, Sharee. I’m so glad you stopped by to chat today. I can’t wait for other readers to enjoy your story as much as I have. 🙂
