Even though it is January, I am still feeling the Christmas spirit.  In fact, January is my least favorite month of the year, so it is nice to continue reading Christmas stories, listening to Christmas music, and watching Christmas movies.  Does anyone else feel that way?

I have been reading Heirloom Christmas, which is a compilation of stories by several authors.  I love these types of books, because I usually get introduced to authors I have not read before, which is the case with the first story in this book.  Misty Beller’s story is the first, and it is titled “A Mountain Christmas Romance.”  It was wonderful!  I have not stayed up late reading in quite some time, but I made an exception for this Christmas story.  It is filled with intrigue, sorrow, love, and of course romance!  It was simply the perfect read to dash away the January blues.  I’m so excited to read the other stories in this book.  What are some of your favorite January reads?
