As we settle into May, I would like to look over the last few months, and instead of looking at the heartache, is there anything you can be grateful for? This may be a strange question, especially during this time in our world, but I only ask it because in many situations counting your blessings can help you to feel better and then in turn move forward with greater strength.
For me, there are several things I can be grateful for regarding this year. I celebrated my birthday–another year the Lord has given to me–and I celebrated two major milestones–days where the Lord bestowed His ultimate grace in my life. Are there times when you know the Lord worked mightily on your behalf? I’m sure there are, and I would love to hear about them. Please tell us about it in the comments below. These types of stories bring so much encouragement to everyone!
I can think of numerous occasions where the Lord saved my life, and it is so amazing to look back and to see where He was working. How incredible is it to know and see His goodness! This life can be crazy, but I can honestly say I am so thankful for the Lord and His presence in my life. Throughout the mountains and valleys, He is my constant comfort. I pray He is the same for you–if you haven’t done so already, please ask Him to comfort you today. Praying for you!

I love this post! Our daily Bible verse the other day was 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “16 Rejoice evermore. 17 Pray without ceasing. 18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
Even through all of this we are so greatly blessed! God is SO good and faithful! When we must go out to the store The Lord provides all the things we need, even if it’s the last one on the shelf, we find it. And the people, there are so many people that are cranky and not happy, but still we try to spread smiles and love when we must go out, and The Lord ALWAYS sends us at least one person that is kind and needs to talk and connect!
Keep looking up!
Hugs, Amada
